"If every day was like today, I would stay in Korea forever..."
That's what I told myself last Friday. It was the most enjoyable day at work I've had since I've arrived! It was start of the Korean Lunar New Year, I had just gotten paid, and all of my co-workers were in amazing moods. We also got an insane amount of gifts! To name a few: a bajillion boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts, tangerines from Jeju Island, Wild Rose hand lotion from The Body Shop, Starbucks coffee, Pizza Hut (much different from American Pizza Hut, but still delicious), bottles of wine, etc. Oh man, I was a happy girl...
ALSO... I received one of the sweetest e-mails in the world. I come home and I have this wonderful e-mail waiting for me from the director of Kids Club (where I worked before I came to Korea). Not a day goes by that I don't think of them. The message goes a little something like this:
Hi Sarah!
I just wanted to send you a picture of
a “letter” Somara wanted to send you. She included “stamps” for you to
write her back…they are only flag stickers. So sweet! Here is what the letter
says:

can white me back I just want you to know that sometimes I think you don’t

Janae
