Christmas Parties!

I loved spending Christmas time with my sweet honeys. This year held lots of fun times with my children, co-workers, and friends. I definitely missed my family and friends at home... but, there is always next year! :D
I got to start off the holiday season with our annual SLP Christmas Dinner. We went to a massive restaurant in Dongtan call Bona Cava... and by massive, I mean four very large floors! We had pizzas, sausages, beer, several different types of pasta, bread, salad, etc. So much food!

With Hannah, Rachel, and Ashleigh.

The following week, we had our SLP Christmas Party at school. We had a whole morning of festivities. We made soap, decorated cookies, wrote Christmas cards, sat on Santa's lap, and had a Christmas carol dance contest!

First, to make some soap!

Luckily, we had a lady come and teach us...

The kids could understand everything our teacher was saying, but I could NOT.

Mixing the dye and soap base together.

Adding some scents.

They had to smell the scents to see which one they wanted... Obviously, we had some over-reactors.

Eric didn't seem to like the way something smelled.

I'm not sure why Tia thought it was a good idea to put the spoon in her mouth, but Leah's SMILE sure is adorable!

Love my little Elly! It looks like Peter Pan is standing on her head.

We just got Gloria in our class... she reminds me of an (adorable) elf.

Having fun!

Helping my girls.

Next, to decorate some cookies!

Gloria and Grace at work. Decorating pre-packaged cookies... ha, nicely done SLP...

It's cheap, but it works! Look at that smiley face on her cookie :)

Working...

Working...

Then, Santa (aka. Teacher Warren) came to our class!

Love this!

So cute! I can't help but love them.

Missing 3 kids, but still... Iguana Class wishes you a Merry Christmas!

Finally, DANCE CONTEST!

I taught Iguana Class, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey and Teacher Jessie taught Elephant Class, "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer". Iguana Class won "BEST DANCE" while Elephant Class won "BEST OVERALL". Both of my classes have some good moves!

Until I can find a way to get the whole video of Iguana Class onto my computer, you're stuck with this sadly short clip, I promise it gets more exciting. Keep an eye out for Emily, pink shoes and front right. Everyone watched her the whole time! So cute!

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer... keep a look out for Alex.
The little boy... front row, right side. Ridiculously adorable.

Before I went to the Philippines, I spent Christmas Day with my favorite family in Korea... The Whittens! They cooked an amazing meal and we opened up so many presents! I love them... Rocky got one of the best presents ever! Check out this stud.

Representin' the Red Socks!
